一期项目简介     A Project Profile

◆无锡现代产业园一期工程的总占地面积为119583 ㎡ （约180亩），建筑面积67459 ㎡ ，绿化率23%。规划建设八栋单层钢结构的标准厂房，一栋配套用房，建筑密度49.5% 。计划于2013年3月动工，10月交付使用。

◆厂房外形采用大手法的简洁线条，在幕墙中运用江南的菱形窗元素，打造传统文化与现代科技相交融的效果，彰显高端工业地产风范。
◆厂房生产区的采光主要是通过侧窗和顶部的采光带，而通风换气则是通过厂房顶部的2个气楼，以此保证厂房拥有内部合适的温度。

◆ The land area in phase 1 of Wuxi Industrial Park is 119583 sqm，GFA is 67459 sqm and green rate is 23%. 8 steel structure standard Single-storey plants and 1 ancillary building are planned to construct, and the Building Density is 49.5%. They are planned to start building in March 2013 and delivered for use in October.

◆ Large practices of clean lines compose the shape of the plants, the Jiang Nan diamond-shaped window is used in the curtain wall. Those plants create the blend of effect of the traditional culture and modern technology, reveal the high-end industrial real estate.
◆ The lighting of the production area is mainly through the side and the top of the lighting tape, and the ventilation is through 2 gas floor of the top of the plant,in order to ensure that the plant has the appropriate internal temperature.
